Mark Bean

CEO, Lead Trainer

Mark has ten years of experience working with Apache NiFi as a Java developer. He has
addressed customer-driven requirements supporting NiFi and customized extensions to
a forked implementation of the application. Beginning in 2016 with the transition from
Apache NiFi version 0.x to 1.x, he has designed and delivered a variety of training
covering an array of NiFi topics. His training customers include the Department of
Defense, Onyx Point and Starbucks. Mark regularly contributes to the open-source
Apache NiFi project and actively participates in the review process of each release.

Colli Leighton

Training Coordinator

Colli first started working with NiFi in 2008 just two years after its inception. Over the
years, she has worked as a NiFi Operator, Data Flow Manager, and Senior Systems
Engineer supporting single-node and large-scale clustered NiFi instances for various
Department of Defense customers. In addition, she has contributed to course
development and conducted training for NiFi and other Department of Defense
applications.
